RIBA Contracts Digital provides you with greater flexibility when you are creating, drafting and finalising your professional services (PSC) or building (BC) contracts. Non-existent or poorly drafted forms of appointment are one of the main causes of dispute between a client and an architect/consultant. Having a clearly written form of appointment:
